Getting to San Pedro, Belize

Belize International Airport to San Pedro

Getting to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye is pretty straight forward. This page break it down in a few simple steps

Once you have landed at the Belize International Airport

Clear customs, pick up luggage, and go outside. (there is only one way)

A Belize Express Shuttle Service driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. He will take you, via shuttle bus, to the water taxi terminal, about 30 minutes away.

At the water taxi terminal, go to the San Pedro Belize Express office, which is about 10 yards inside the entrance on the right side. The shuttle bus driver will show you where it is.
At the San Pedro Belize Express office, you will pick up your water taxi tickets waiting for you.

Walk to the docked San Pedro Express Water Taxi. (end of causeway) Here, you will queue and get on the water taxi.

The water taxi is a 90-minute ride to San Pedro (relaxed, scenic ride), making a quick stop at Caye Caulker, then proceeding to San Pedro, where I will meet and escort you to the Hotel.

Communications & Wifi

Free WIFI: Is available in the airport, water taxi port, as well as most public areas, and in pretty much every hotel and restaurant

Staying in contact with Larry: The best way is to put WhatsApp on your phone. I will send you an invite. I use this to keep people informed and up to date when we are in Belize.
